Employee Information

  • Gathering accurate employee data, including personal information, tax withholding information (W-4 forms), and bank account details.
  • Tracking Employee Hours: Accurately recording employee hours worked, including overtime, sick leave, and vacation time.
  • Managing new and former employees 

Calculating Pay

  • Calculating Gross Pay: Determining the total amount earned by each employee based on their hourly rate, salary, commissions, or other forms of compensation.
